Business Analyst I, Client Services

The Business Analyst will support the Client Services Management team to develop and deliver client facing metrics to provide a proactive consultative service.  The analyst will work with the Client Experience team to support them in identifying trends, outliers, opportunities, and successes in a client’s claim data.  The analyst will report to the Manager, Client Services  to expand the client facing analytics program and continuously enhance the approach based on industry need and claim capabilities.
