Job Description
Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
General housekeeping and super seeing
Taking inventories of household cooking and food items
Reports shortages and make replacement of equipment or food items
Washing, cleaning and general maintenance
Cooking of Intercontinental dishes
A minimum of SSCE
Mature and Smart
Good communication skills (Can read and Write)
Polite and personable
Experience in cooking intercontinental dishes
Experienced and mature male stewards are encouraged to apply
