We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join our dedicated community hospital network. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a robust, versatile practice serving the greater Attleboro region supporting breast health and oncology programs as well as providing other reconstructive and/or cosmetic surgeries.
Operating within a community hospital setting allows you to build deep, long-term patient relationships while enjoying strong, built-in referral pipelines from our extensive primary care network.

About the job:

Provide direct patient care to our communities with a well-established PCP referral base and market demand for plastic and reconstructive surgery. Partner directly with our breast oncology and general surgery teams to provide comprehensive, local care for breast health patients.  Access to a state-of-the art operating room at Sturdy Memorial Hospital Patient-centric mindset to provide the highest-quality service and patient care Work cross-functionally with primary care providers and other specialties Schedule includes 32 patient-facing hours, inclusive of clinic and operative time, per week

Required Qualifications

Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Training: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency training program in Plastic Surgery.

Certification: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS).

Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and valid federal DEA registration. Traits: Strong aesthetic judgment, manual dexterity, and a collaborative, patient-first communication style tailored to a community-focused practice.

Salary Range Details

The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health’s benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
