Orthopedic At-Home Physical Therapist-  Per Diem (Middlesex/Mercer County) JAG Physical Therapy is seeking to hire a skilled Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation in the home setting for patients recovering from total hip and knee replacement surgeries and other orthopedic related conditions. Our mission is to help patients regain mobility, strength, function and confidence in the comfort of their own homes.  This approach emphasizes not only physical recovery, but also the emotional and social benefits of re-engaging with the community.  We are looking for a compassionate and motivated physical therapist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those recovering and returning to their prior level of function.
