Job Description
Position Summary: The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting the maintenance and operation of the facility’s heating and cooling, water, gas, electrical, and mechanical systems. This role also helps maintain the overall appearance and condition of the building exterior and grounds. The Maintenance Assistant supports compliance with state and federal regulations related to the physical plant and safety requirements, while helping ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and aesthetically maintained.
