Job Description:
Define and drive enterprise architecture for networking customer support and service platforms, ensuring seamless, scalable, and integrated customer experiences. Align technology strategy across digital portals, automation solutions, Salesforce, and enterprise systems to support end-to-end service delivery.
What you'll do:
Architecture Strategy & Governance
- Define architecture vision, standards, and roadmaps for customer support and service ecosystems
- Ensure alignment of IT solutions with customer experience and service operations goals
Platform & Integration Architecture
- Design end-to-end architecture across customer portals, support systems, and backend platforms
- Define integration patterns across Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and service platforms
- Drive API-first, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Customer Experience & Automation Architecture
- Architect solutions for customer support journeys, self-service, and omnichannel engagement
- Enable guided experiences, case management flows, and lifecycle journeys
- Define automation architecture leveraging BOTs, RPA, APA, and workflow orchestration
Governance & Standards
- Establish standards for security, data, and integration governance
- Review and approve solution designs and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, product, and support teams to guide solution delivery
- Influence technology decisions and vendor/platform selection
What you need to bring:
- 15–18 years of experience in enterprise architecture or senior technology roles
- Strong experience in customer support platforms, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations
- Expertise in APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and automation technologies (RPA/BOTs/APA)
