该岗位是能源中心锅炉系统一线专属操作与运维岗位，主要负责锅炉本体、燃烧系统、尾气系统、风烟系统、脱硫脱硝系统现场操作、巡检维护、工况检查与隐患排查。配合中控操作员及班长指令，落实锅炉水质调整、设备启停、系统切换等现场作业，保障锅炉系统安全、稳定、高效燃烧换热，为汽轮发电机组提供合格蒸汽热源，是发电机组稳定出力、安全运行、节能降耗的核心一线实操岗位。
Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)
- 负责锅炉、脱硫、SCR区域的巡检机操作，保证锅炉生产的蒸汽合格
- 检查并调整锅炉的水汽质量让其处于合格的范围之内
- 检查并确保现场环保设备和仪表的正常运行
- 保证脱硫物料进行安全的装卸，防止物料泄漏造成环境污染
- 做好日常的交接班记录
- 完成所负责区域的5S工作
- 及时对工艺的异常及设备的缺陷进行汇报
- 有责任对日常工作程序提出合理化建议，持续改进
- 有责任向相关领导反映真实情况及不符合要求的行为等；对发现的安全隐患应及时上报
- 严格遵守公司的各项安全、健康、环保规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，协助组织有关安全、健康、环保的培训
- 确保本职工作符合公司内控的要求
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)
- 熟悉锅炉、脱硫的基本操作。
- 了解相关的工艺安全知识及锅炉行业相关规范。
- 熟悉工厂的各项安全管理规定，熟悉密闭空间、挂牌所定、管路断开等相关知识
Education/Experience
- 相关专业的高中（包括中专技校）及以上学历
- 有两年及以上的相关专业工作背景
- 工业锅炉操作证，水处理证
