Join us in developing and improving our global transport management system SALOG. You will be part of an international team of over 250 professionals across 70+ countries, continuously enhancing Sea Logistics processes and systems.
As a Business Analyst, you will help shape how Sea Logistics operates in the future. You will work at the intersection of business and IT, driving process improvements, enabling integrations, and ensuring our systems deliver real value to customers and partners worldwide.
How you create impact
- Take ownership of selected Sea Logistics processes and systems, with focus on EDI integrations and eCommerce solutions.
- Analyze, validate, and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, and support solution design.
- Contribute to and communicate the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
- Align requirements across business teams, IT, and global stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation (BPA) and support their implementation
- Support implementation through trainings, documentation, and eLearning materials.
- Validate and test new processes and functionalities, including end-to-end and regression testing.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry.
- AI fluency: actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of process management and BPMN.
- Experience or interest in process automation (BPA, RPA, workflow tools) is a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset with structured, process-oriented thinking.
- Proactive, solution-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
