Quality Control Technician - Irvine Commissary

JOB SUMMARY: Fills all QC related paperwork tracking procedures, temperatures, times, and transfers between storing-decanting-prepping-cooking-packing-chilling- master casing-palletizing and final storage. Verifies that date-coding, product information, shelf life are properly recorded on a product-by- product basis in every formula and packaging on the production floor.
