Job Responsibilities
Provide centralized payroll support for multi-state operations, including the processing of bi-weekly payroll for Hawaii and Colorado entities. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax laws, reporting requirements, and labor regulations. Respond to internal inquiries, support audit activities, and collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams. Leverage experience, knowledge, and research to resolve payroll matters effectively with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.
Minimum Requirements
1–2 years of payroll experience. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

While base pay starts at $75,000- $80,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
