Senior / Lead IFS Procurement (SCM) Consultant (IGT1)
Job Description
About the role:
We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Procurement Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Procurement and Supply Chain processes in IFS Cloud.
You will own the Procurement workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hyper care, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Procurement Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design
- Configure modules:
o Requisition
o Sourcing / RFQ
o Purchase Orders
o Supplier Management
o Inventory & Stock Management
- Design and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Support supplier master data migration and validation
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworks
- Support integrations (finance, inventory, supplier platforms)
- Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities
- Provide L2/L3 support and process optimization post Go-Live
- Engage stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Operations
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years ERP Procurement / SCM consulting experience
- Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
- Strong understanding of:
o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
o Inventory and supplier management
- Experience in data migration, UAT, and Go-Live support
- Familiarity with public procurement regulations is an added advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
