Intake Coordinator - Full time

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator in Waelder, TX — the first face new patients and families see when they arrive for treatment. You'll own the onsite intake process from arrival through admission, handling verification of benefits, property logging, patient documentation, and admissions coordination across Kipu EMR and Salesforce. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, compliance, and care — and the details you get right directly impact access to treatment and the facility's accreditation readiness. Our Waelder team is led by tenured leadership that invests in the people doing this work. $18/hr, Sunday–Thursday, 2:00–10:30 PM.
