Position Summary:  The Homefinder will perform all steps necessary to train, assess and certify and recertify resource families. The Homefinder will be part of a centralized home finding department.   Position Description: - Study/assess recruited and kinship homes, including gathering documentation, interviewing all family and household members, babysitters, and references. - Conduct home visits to assess the family dynamics and physical plant and safety of the home.
