
Executive Assistant to Chief Operating Officer
Job Description
Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant provides high level administrative, operational and project support and serves as primary point of contact for the COO and other C-suite member as assigned. The Executive Assistant organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts along with overseeing special projects. Must be create and enjoy working within a community bank environment that is employee focused, results-driven and community oriented. Possess strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
