END USER MOBILITY ENGINEER (Windows)

What You'll Contribute We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated End User Mobility (EUM) Engineer serving as the technical authority responsible for owning and evolving the Windows end user environment supporting more than 4,000 devices. This role provides leadership in Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, endpoint security, automation, and lifecycle management, ensuring a secure, consistent, and modern experience across all regions. The position guides architectural direction, establishes standards, and drives continuous improvement to maintain a highly reliable and intuitive, user-centric endpoint ecosystem for all employees.

Candidate Profile Required Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise Windows endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and/or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Advanced automation skills using PowerShell, and Graph API for deployment, configuration, and remediation.
  • Deep experience with identity integrations, conditional access, device compliance, and endpoint security platforms.
  • Strong architectural planning, documentation, and diagramming skills.
  • The ability to simplify complex technical concepts and influence without authority.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset centered on building stable, scalable, supportable solutions.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated experience engineering and supporting Microsoft Intune and related capabilities into a large, geographically distributed environment.

Core Work Activities

  • Own the global architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management of the Windows endpoint environment using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MCEM).
  • Execute the technical roadmap for endpoint management, security posture, and user experience.
  • Build and automate deployment, configuration, and compliance workflows using PowerShell, Graph API.
  • Lead endpoint security architecture, including identity integration, conditional access, device compliance, and endpoint protection.
  • Develop Modern Workplace solutions that integration with Microsoft Intune Autopilot and self-service models.
  • Establish standards, baselines, and documentation that support operational excellence and audit readiness.
  • Provide escalation support with a focus on deep root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with support, security, and business teams to deliver intuitive and supportable endpoint solutions.
  • Using feedback pipelines, develop long-term solutions addressing reoccurring issues.
  • Anticipate needs and related change management for projects and business strategy.
  • Lead monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement for endpoint health, compliance, and user experience.

IT Governance

  • Develop and provide operational insights into compliance, security, status, and real-time overviews of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed standards, process, and control documentation.
     

The expected pay range for this role is $ 66,849.68 - $ 90,104.36. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
