
Accounting Associate - OTC
Job Description
The Accounting Associate supports daily financial operations with a strong focus on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and proper recording of revenue. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and performing reconciliations. The position also supports accounts payable, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The Accounting Associate collaborates with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues, improve cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records.
