DISHWASHER

- Ensure that sanitation in all food outlets meets and/or exceeds Health Department and OSHA guidelines. This includes but is not limited to china, glassware, silverware, trashcans, trash dumpsters, pots & pans. - Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company and OSHA standards, in the dish and pot rooms, kitchens, mop rooms and trash dock. - Remove trash from outlets to refuge dumpster. - Ensure the proper stocking and restocking of all food line china and utensils before, during and after the restaurant hours of operation. - Proper cleaning of dish sanitation equipment. - Maintains valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit and TIPS certifications.
