Job Description
Williams-Sonoma India is looking for a Manager Engineering – Décor & Accessories to support the product development and quality teams through the complete product development lifecycle, from concept and sample development through pre-production readiness and final approval.
This role will act as the technical bridge between Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, vendors, and global partners. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that product construction, materials, finishes, technical specifications, testing requirements, sample reviews, and production handover details are accurate, complete, and aligned with WSI standards.
The role requires strong technical understanding of Décor & Accessories products, attention to detail, vendor management capability, and the ability to identify and resolve product risks before production.
