Facilities Coordinator
Locatie standaard: Eindhoven.
Maar ook Leiderdorp en Zwolle vallen onder deze rol.
Je bent samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor de continuïteit van onze dienstverlening.
Dagelijks ben je bezig met het beheren van de facilitaire technische meldingen en serviceaanvragen, het nemen van beslissingen over de aanvraagprioriteiten en zorgt dat de aanvragen bij de juiste personen terecht komen. Dit kan naar ons eigen technische team zijn of één van onze leveranciers. De verzoeken omvatten allerlei facilitaire zaken, denk hierbij aan aanvragen op het gebied van hard services zoals gebouwgebonden installaties, storingen, en ingeplande onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Ook het ondersteunen tijdens HVAC onderhoud hoort bij jouw taken.
Hierbij krijg je de ruimte om je verantwoordelijkheden te pakken, veel vertrouwen en vrijheid om je doelen te bereiken en de ondersteuning om een business partner voor onze klant te zijn.
Met jouw facilitaire en/of technische achtergrond ben je in staat om de klant te adviseren, je collega’s te ondersteunen, onze leveranciers aan te sturen, te begeleiden en controleren, rapportages te beoordelen en werkzaamheden te analyseren.
Hiernaast kun je niet alleen je eigen werk, maar ook dat van (uitvoerende) collega’s en leveranciers, zodanig plannen en organiseren dat het werk tijdig gereed is.
In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Facility Manager.
Herken jij jezelf hierin?
- Werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol is een pré.
- VCA VOL is gewenst, of de bereidheid deze te behalen.
- Brede technische kennis.
- 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
