H2O Innovation is currently recruiting for its bestUV division! bestUV B.V. is an internationally oriented company based in Best and part of H2O Innovation Inc. since April 2026. The company specializes in developing, designing, manufacturing and selling water treatment equipment based on UV technology. Innovation, quality, customer focus, efficiency and environmental friendliness are important principles of bestUV.

As a Technical Commercial Distributor Manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding our distribution network. You will work closely with distributors and internal teams to achieve commercial objectives and build long-term partnerships.

What will you do?
- Developing and managing national and international distributor relationships;
- Identifying new market and growth opportunities;
- Technical and commercial advice to distributors and customers;
- Drawing up and following up on commercial plans and turnover targets;
- Analyzing market developments and competition;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and engineering;
- Regular visits from distributors, customers and trade fairs.
What do you bring?
- HBO/bachelor working and thinking level, preferably in a technical or commercial direction;
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical commercial position;
- Experience with distribution management is an advantage;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Affinity with technology and industrial products;
- Independent, proactive and result-oriented;
- Good command of Dutch and English;
- Willingness to travel.
