How you’ll make an impact in this role
Manage the daily operations of a department(s).
- Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Manage all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary
actions and continuing education initiatives. - Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
- Support special projects and business analyses as requested.
- Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
