- Manage and direct Sales team to establish proper Visibility, Availability and effective implementation of promotional activities

As per Scorecard. |
- Ensure superior sales fundamentals applied in all store through sales Gate to Gate and Market to gate excursuses
|
- Ensure Achievement of sales target by sales representative, Brand , Chanel and customers
|
- Cascade target to all sales team by Customer, brand by SKU, and monitor team achievements in a daily basis
|
- Achieve sales collection target by customer as per agreement with customer to avoid over aging.
|
- Communicate monthly close out reports with related feedback analysis
|
|
- Ensure availability of stocks for customers.
|
- Control expiries, damages stocks in addition to Stocks aging.
|
- Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by the management.
