You will act as a consistent accountability partner, helping students build structure, follow through on commitments, and stay on track with goals set by senior coaching staff. Through frequent 1:1 check-ins, you will guide students in managing schedules, deadlines, and workloads while fostering independence and long-term study habits. You will collaborate closely with senior coaches to ensure continuity and alignment in student support.
