Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Lead BCBA is responsible for managing a team of BCBAs who provide center, in-home, and in-community services in the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of patients. The Lead BCBA works closely with the Regional VP/ Practice Manager, Local Operations Team, and Staff to ensure quality of care, authorization utilization, and implementation of treatment plans as appropriate. The Lead BCBA models culture throughout daily interactions with every individual in all Clinic, home, and community settings. The Lead BCBA oversees and provides training to the BCBA team to ensure proper and up-to-date treatment decisions for patients.
