We are seeking a Strategic Customer Lead – EMEA to play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with our key strategic Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and foodservice partners across Europe.
As a key partner to the Sr. Director, Global Strategic Partnerships, you will help drive customer success by coordinating initiatives, enabling growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and Beyond Meat’s strategic priorities. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring collaboration across Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and regional commercial teams.
You’ll be part of a mission-driven company transforming the future of food, working with some of the most influential brands in the industry. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to directly impact customer growth and operational excellence across EMEA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Customer Partnership
Support and manage relationships with major QSR and foodservice customers across EMEA
Act as a primary liaison for selected accounts, ensuring strong communication and alignment
Contribute to customer business reviews, joint business planning, and commercialization initiatives
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and relationship management
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead coordination across internal teams to support launches, promotions, and operational execution
Track key deliverables, timelines, and customer commitments
Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and manage escalation processes
Advocate for customer needs while balancing operational capabilities
Business Planning & Analytics
Support forecasting, demand planning, and revenue tracking
Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and operational data to identify opportunities and risks
Prepare executive-level presentations, scorecards, and business reviews
Maintain accurate reporting and insights for strategic decision-making
Innovation & Commercialization
Partner with R&D and Innovation teams on new product launches and menu initiatives (LTOs)
Ensure launch readiness and successful execution across all functions
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Operational Excellence & Customer Service
Oversee order performance, inventory, and service levels
Resolve supply chain and logistics challenges in collaboration with internal teams
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years’ experience in Key Account Management, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain within QSR, foodservice, or FMCG
Proven ability to work in complex, international environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Customer-first mindset with a focus on execution and results
Ability to manage complexity, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize effectively
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting
English required, multilingual skills and EMEA experience are a plus
Culinary experience is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Remote position based in Europe with regional travel requirements
Ability to work flexible hours across multiple international time zones
Ability to attend customer meetings, business reviews, operational visits, and industry events as required
**Annual salary commensurate with experience**
The starting annual base pay for this role is between € 80.000 - € 100.000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus, long-term incentives, as well as benefits.
