Job Summary

Our Baristas are responsible for serving our customers the best beverage and food, while maintaining service and brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards
• Produce & serve all drinks and food to brand standards & recipes
• Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges and rotating stock within company guidelines/planograms
• Maintain standards of Health, Safety & Cleanliness
• Upsell and demonstrate product knowledge by answering and suggesting to the customers to maximize sales
• Operate the till in line with brand training
• Maintain hygiene standards inside the store and patio area and regularly check that all areas are in compliance to company standards
• Complete all tasks required by the daily cleaning schedule
• Ensure all food & beverage items are delivered and displayed as per standard
