
Product Communications & Enablement Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences; create and deliver compelling content to support product launches and promotional activities
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to produce clear, engaging, and compliant marketing materials such as videos, sales enablement tools, and digital assets, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives
Lead the exploration of new channels, promotional ideas, and third-party collaborations to enhance product visibility and achieve business results
Drive end-to-end execution of sales enablement initiatives, including creative concept formulation, visual development, content management, and communication strategies across various channels to sustain business momentum
Support and coordinate the GTM (Go-To-Market) calendar, ensuring activities are aligned, deadlines are met, and initiatives are well-organized
Manage the budget to ensure efficient resource allocation
Provide support for ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role
Proven strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex timelines and multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead a team effectively
Demonstrated strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing tools
