Head of Legal

The Head of Legal is the organization’s senior legal officer, responsible for all aspects of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, securities law oversight, and legal risk management. This role serves as the primary legal advisor to the Board of Directors, ensuring directors receive accurate, timely, and well supported information to execute their responsibilities. The position also provides leadership over Investor Relations, ensuring consistency and compliance across disclosures and external communications. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Head of Legal leads the legal function, manages the preparation and coordination of Board materials, and oversees SEC filings and public company reporting.
