What You'll Do on a Typical Day
- Partner with enterprise clients across multiple geographic markets to understand their travel needs and develop customized solutions
- Conduct discovery calls and strategy sessions with C-suite stakeholders to identify business objectives and travel program opportunities
- Develop and present compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and formal proposals to prospective and existing accounts
- Negotiate contract terms and service agreements to secure favorable outcomes for both parties
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize comprehensive multi-market travel programs
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to advise clients on strategic travel program optimization and identify upsell opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of negotiating complex, multi-party enterprise agreements and closing deals with large accounts
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder accounts with complex needs across multiple geographic regions
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels
- Comprehensive understanding of US, European, Asia Pacific, and Latin America travel markets and industry best practices
- Talent for translating intricate systems and market dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
- Strong collaborator with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments while maintaining ethical standards
