Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Researcher / Research Executive
What can you expect?
We are a team that supports clients in making HR-related business decisions. We work in a hybrid model, operate globally, and primarily deliver quantitative research projects: we design questionnaires, conduct employer and employee surveys, and prepare research reports.
We are currently seeking someone to join the Global Online Surveys Team as a Researcher / Research Executive. In this role you will independently run online quantitative studies.

We will count on you to:
Design research instruments, analyze data, and prepare research reports
Ensure high quality at every stage of the process
Collaborate with various teams across the firm to deliver high-quality products
Provide excellent service and ensure satisfaction for internal and external clients
What you need to have:
Several years’ experience in market or social research and research consulting (research agency, research department, or university)
Knowledge of and skills in quantitative research methodology
Project management experience
A degree in sociology, psychology, marketing, economics, quantitative methods, or a related field
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset
Very good command of English, spoken and written (we work exclusively in English)
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn new technologies and technology-based solutions
What makes you stand out:
Consulting experience and client relationship management
Good knowledge of Spanish
