Sr. Business Analyst
Remote
We are actively recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a contract to modernize a large application. The successful candidate possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments, as well as plans and completes major technology assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks; Operates with minimal oversight in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems; Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable; Designs, develops, creates, and modifies business processes; Analyzes user needs and develops a variety of technical and non-technical documentation. This role requires working individually as well as coordinating as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Gathers, documents and publishes user needs and requirements through reviewing existing documentation as well as direct meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepares content for operations and procedures manuals to enhance management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Produces a variety of diagrams that enhance a broad range of documentation.
Expertise and Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience of relevant experience.
- Experience in process analysis and modeling of complex systems.
- Adept at identifying test cases that validate core functionality.
- Produces a broad range of documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
- SAFe, PMP or other relevant certification preferred.
