Coordinator Continuous Care Clinical Training
Job Description
The Continuous Care Clinical Training Coordinator primary function is to ensure that new and existing continuous care staff is trained appropriately to meet the needs of its patients and families. Supports manager in clinical supervision, performance evaluations, education and orientation of existing and new employees to the Continuous Care Department.� Assists manager to monitor new employees during�their 90 day probationary period to ensure that they are meeting our patients and families needs. Conducts supervisory visits on the CHHA's and LPN's in the field to ensure that they are practicing in the scope of their position within the department.
