Job Description

Overview

Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our Centerville, OH team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and confident in discussing treatment, insurance, and financial options in a way that builds trust and drives case acceptance.


Schedule (days/hours)

M-T 7:45-5:00pm
Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients with a professional and friendly experience
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Support daily front office operations and collaborate with clinical teams
  • Follow up with unscheduled treatment to improve patient care continuity
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with office procedure

Qualifications

  • Willing to train right candidate
  • Knowledge of dental terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation

$22-$25/hour offering a $750 Sign on Bonus
