Director, HR Services, Systems & Data

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director, HR Services, Systems & Data is a transformational leadership role accountable for modernizing and optimizing how Human Resources services are delivered across the organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for HR Services, HR Technology, and HR Data & Analytics, driving the development of a scalable, service-oriented operating model that enhances the employee and manager experience while improving efficiency, consistency, and organizational effectiveness.

As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will champion the use of technology, automation, data, and process improvement to transform HR operations, reduce administrative complexity, and enable more strategic value across the function.
