Regional Controller, Latin America

Are you a seasoned accounting leader who thrives in complexity and takes pride in getting the details exactly right? Do
you enjoy balancing global standards with local realities, leading teams across borders, and ensuring financial integrity
that leadership can rely on? As the Regional Controller for Latin America, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding our

Specialized moving forward with clarity and confidence. If you’re energized by ownership, collaboration, and the
challenge of leading accounting operations across a diverse region, this is a role where your impact will be felt every day.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Lead and coordinate the month-end close and regional consolidation process across LATAM markets, ensuring
accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with US GAAP and global accounting policies
• Oversee balance sheet reviews, account reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly financial statements to
maintain financial integrity across all regional entities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements, including oversight of tax filings and
coordination with local providers
• Own the planning and execution of annual statutory audits for the region and support the global consolidated
audit, implementing audit recommendations as needed
• Lead, coach, and support accounting teams across the LATAM region, acting as a key liaison between country
teams, regional leadership, and Global Finance
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements in collaboration with Corporate Finance
and global transformation teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial control, or audit, including at least 3 years in a
leadership role within a multinational or regional finance function
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting requirements, particularly within
Latin American markets
• Experience managing and developing teams across geographies, including remote or distributed teams
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and external auditors
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-factor accounting issues
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
