Bartender, Infinity Pool

Summary Statement:

The Athena bartender is responsible for preparing, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They are also responsible for overall guest satisfaction while building relationships and providing a memorable guest experience.

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:

• Prepare and serve all bar patrons in accordance with property recipes.
• Verify Identification of guests age and room reservations
• Process customer payments using company pos system.
• Maintain and sanitize all bar areas throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
• Obtain and mai11pm-7amain position specific licensing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to:

• Strong knowledge of standard and menu alcoholic drinks and nonalcoholic drinks. Familiarize themselves with all food items.
• Proficient knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
• Working knowledge of POS systems and i11pm-7amem entry
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules regulations. Acknowledge and sign all SOP’S

Preferred: 

• Previous ex11pm-7am experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• One year day club or luxury resort

• At least 21 years of age

Preferred:

• At least one-year previous bartending experience in a day club or resort pool.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Position required licenses. (Gaming Card, Tam Card, Health Card)
