As a CBIA Wellness Manager – Latam you play a critical role in driving category-specific consumer, market and performance insights to accelerate growth and decision-making in the Oral Health portfolio.
This role partners closely with Global Category teams, Operating Units, Marketing, Strategy, Finance and Data & Tech, ensuring insights are connected, actionable and embedded into core business processes.
The role sits within the CBIA function and operates in a highly matrixed, global environment, acting as a strategic thought partner for the Oral Health category.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
- Lead end-to-end consumer, market and category insights for the Oral Health portfolio.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
- Partner with Global Category and Operating Unit teams to support strategy, brand planning and innovation.
- Deliver insight inputs for planning cycles, performance reviews and strategic forums.
- Integrate multiple data sources into a single, connected view of the consumer and category.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Strategy, Finance and CBIA.
- Ensure insights are embedded into core business processes, not just reported.
- Champion strong insight storytelling and executive-ready outputs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & Tech and external partners/agencies to enhance insight capability.
- Promote best practices, consistency and continuous improvement across the CBIA Oral Health community.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- 6+ years of significant experience in Consumer Insights, Market Intelligence, Analytics or Business Intelligence, ideally within FMCG or Consumer Health.
- Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Sciences or related.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable, commercial recommendations.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organisations with multiple senior stakeholders. Experience in Consumer Goods.
- Strong communication and insight storytelling skills, able to influence decision-making.
- Solid strategic thinking, curiosity, and comfort operating in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- MBA or Posgraduate
- Experience supporting Oral Health or science-led categories.
- Familiarity with syndicated data providers (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, IQVIA).
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Strategy, Finance and Data & Tech teams.
- Exposure to insight platforms, dashboards and advanced analytics tools.
- Experience working with external agencies and insight partners.
