Votre rôle
À titre d'analyste de jurisprudence, vous contribuerez au suivi, à la mise à jour et à la qualité des informations liées aux décisions judiciaires retenues pour publication dans nos ouvrages et bases de données.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien des historiques jurisprudentiels et dans le soutien aux équipes internes en matière de recherche et de suivi des décisions.
Vos principales responsabilités
Dans ce rôle, vous serez appelé(e) à :
- Assurer le suivi des diverses décisions et maintenir les historiques à jour ;
- Effectuer l'entrée et la mise à jour de données dans nos bases de données et nos outils internes ;
- Assurer le suivi des demandes d'autorisation d'appel à la Cour suprême ainsi que des décisions finales rendues par cette Cour ;
- Répondre aux demandes internes de recherche liées aux historiques jurisprudentiels ;
- Établir les priorités de travail afin de contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de production ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin d'assurer l'exactitude, la cohérence et la fiabilité de l'information juridique.
Le profil recherché
Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, organisée et curieuse, qui aime approfondir l'information et travailler avec des données juridiques précises.
Vous possédez :
- Un diplôme en technique juridique ;
- De l'expérience et de solides habiletés en recherche juridique ;
- Une bonne capacité à travailler dans un environnement hautement informatisé ;
- De la facilité à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels, outils et systèmes ;
- Une approche méthodique, minutieuse et structurée ;
- D'excellentes compétences analytiques ;
- Une bonne connaissance des outils de classement et de repérage juridique, tels que La Référence, Westlaw, Azimut, Excel, etc.
Atouts
Les éléments suivants seront considérés comme des atouts :
- Connaissance et capacité d'utilisation du plumitif ;
- Capacité à communiquer en anglais.
