✅ Lead & Deliver Complex Electromobility Projects
- Oversee projects from pre-study to industrialization and market launch
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers & project managers
- Drive innovation and excellence in product development
✅ Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Interface with senior leadership, steering committees, and global teams
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and industry standards
- Provide strategic insights and high-level decision-making
✅ Project & Risk Management
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate risks and operational challenges
- Ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery
