Pre-construction Labor Compliance Specialist

Primoris Renewables is committed to developing the next generation of industry leaders. The Pre-Construction Labor Compliance Specialist supports the Labor Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Responsibilities include labor compliance reporting, wage rate analysis, job classifications, and maintaining compliance files. This role also involves presenting IRA-related updates to project staff. The position is hybrid, based in Denver, with up to 75% travel to the office as needed.
