Licensed Social Worker / Household Coordinator

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Johanna Shores is seeking a Household Coordinator (Licensed Social Worker) to join its team.  The Household Coordinator is responsible for leading, managing and supporting the Household team (residents, family and staff).  This position will partner with the Clinical Coordinator to lead the Household.  REPORTING STRUCTUREThe Household Coordinator reports to the Care Center Administrator.
