- Expand Carollo’s presence in the local stormwater market via targeted business development strategies, including growing specific client relationships and participating in select professional society activities.- Collaborate with Stormwater Leads to develop/implement strategy for continued stormwater growth and innovation across the company.- Develop a stormwater project delivery team in North Carolina.- Manage planning and detailed design projects, including management of contract document production (i.e., plan sets and specifications), stormwater analysis, report writing, and other activities needed to support the planning, design, and construction services for stormwater systems.
