Sr Hardware Validation & Automation Engineer

SmartSense by Digi is looking for a Senior Hardware Validation & Automation Engineer who combines deep hardware expertise with strong automation skills to drive product quality across our IoT device portfolio. This is a unique hybrid role for an engineer who is equally comfortable with an oscilloscope in hand and building automated test pipelines — someone who can own the full validation lifecycle from bring-up through production.

You will serve as the local technical anchor for hardware validation, lead the design and execution of automated test frameworks, and provide strong technical direction that enables our extended engineering team to work with greater independence and effectiveness. You will work across the full IoT stack — from embedded hardware and firmware to cloud connectivity
