What you'll contribute to 
 
As our new Regional Business Planning Analyst, you won’t just be crunching the numbers, you’ll be the analytical engine behind our Central Region Dealer network. Sitting in the middle of the action in Field Operations, your insights will directly shape the financial game plans that keep our Dealers thriving, profitable, and ready for the future of mobility.

How you'll make an impact 

• Supercharge Dealer Performance: You’ll track and report on how our Dealers are performing, giving regional leaders and owners the insights and blueprints they need to plan, review, and reinvest with confidence, whilst uncovering risks and growth opportunities along the way. 

• Innovate the Playbook: You’ll help build, tweak, and level up our financial reporting systems and business processes, ensuring Franchise Development standards stay best in class and continuously improve.

• Be the Data Whisperer: You’ll turn complex data into clear, compelling reports and presentations, helping to find the story whilst enabling smart, high-level business decisions.

• Spot the Next Big Thing: By keeping a close eye on financial activity, you’ll act as an early warning system for risks and a talent scout for hidden growth opportunities.

• Connect the Crew: You’ll be the go to for finance and business queries, keeping stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned while helping run vibrant Franchise Development forums. 

Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you!

• Degree or Diploma qualification in Accountancy or related discipline 

• 2+ years’ accumulative experience 

• Experience in management accounting with financial systems knowledge

• Experience in project coordination 

• Experience in data analysis and interpreting numerical trends 

• Understanding of operational requirements of a Dealer network 

• Experience with collaboration and communication across various levels within an organisation
