FMR Core Faculty Member / Geriatrics

- Provide comprehensive medical care to geriatric and long-term care patients - Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and geriatric syndromes - Perform routine and comprehensive resident assessments - Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions consistent with evidence-based guidelines - Provide preventive care including immunizations, screenings, and health maintenance - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, therapy, and social services - Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record - Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
