- Task Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of deliverables, including intake, tracking, coordination, and closure, providing routine status updates and quality control reviews
- Analyze incoming tasks for requirements, assign ownership, and ensure timely responses
- Coordinate across organizations to gather inputs, reconcile feedback, and ensure consistency
- Communications
- Draft, edit, and finalize executive-level communications (briefing materials, memos, talking points, emails)
- Translate complex operational or policy information into clear, concise messaging
- Support development of internal communications products and leadership briefings
- Ensure messaging alignment across stakeholders and organizational priorities
- Operations and Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in tasker workflows and recommend process improvements
- Develop SOPs, templates, and job aids to standardize task management and communications processes
- Support surge efforts and high-priority requests in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of five plus years experience Ï Bachelor’s degree Ï Strong organizational, communications (both written and verbal), and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize work, engage with different audiences, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Active DHS Public Trust Clearance Ï Citizenship Requirements
- Certification(s) in project management (PMP), change management (PROSCI), SCRUM, or similar
- Three years in Federal consulting preferred
- Washington, DC or Indianapolis, IN
- Less than 10%
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active DHS Public Trust Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
