Global Engineering Director

In this role, the successful candidate will provide functional, strategic, and technical leadership for the Engineering of Branson technologies, including Ultrasonics, Laser, Vibration, acoustic systems of power conversion and control of plastics joining processes and improved applications of processes for plastics joining. Responsible for providing technical direction and program level management for Ultrasonic and Non-Ultrasonic welding systems NPD (new product development), sustenance and bringing synergies between the engineering centers (America, India, China, Europe). The successful candidate will lead the execution of engineering projects, from ideation to completion in line with defined scope and customer needs while confirming seamless delivery of executive-level performance metrics.
