Job Description

Tipp City Schools is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic World Language Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This potential position may include teaching Spanish and English Language Learners (ELL) across grades 6–12. The ideal candidate is committed to high-quality instruction, fostering global awareness, and supporting language acquisition for all students.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and standards-aligned instruction in Spanish, and/or ELL
  • Support students in developing language proficiency, cultural understanding, and communication skills
  • Adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback

Qualifications

  • Valid Ohio teaching license in World Language (Spanish) or ELL
  • Flexibility to teach multiple languages and/or ELL courses
  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth
