The Commercial Banker Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Banker(s) portfolio by providing strategic production support to the sales staff. This position is responsible for developing training templates and resources that enhance the effectiveness of the producing representatives. The associate collaborates with Commercial Bankers to identify and secure new Commercial Banking relationships and revenue sources while contributing to the retention of existing clients.
