Director, Land Development

We’re looking for a strategic and people‑focused leader to oversee all aspects of land development for our division. In this role, you’ll guide a team of Land Development Managers, Project Managers, and Coordinators through every phase of site development — from planning and budgeting to construction execution, inspections, and community turnover. You will serve as the central point of accountability for schedule performance, cost control, regulatory compliance, and overall departmental results.
